Please note, I cannot predict the exact bloom time (although this is the date they were in full bloom last year - 2025). I will check the blooms on March 19th, if the blooms are not ready, you will be given an option to reschedule for a week day evening the following week or to go ahead with a spring session in the park on your original date, making the best of what we have to work with!

A third generation photographer, I grew up in a home with beautiful, old black & white portraits lining our walls & filling our drawers. I think I've always loved faces, relationships & artistic storytelling because of it. After graduate school, I moved home and opened Asheville Portrait Company sixteen years ago. I am a nationally recognized, award winning Maternity & Newborn Portrait Photographer. I had a maternity & newborn portrait studio in Biltmore Village in Asheville, NC prior to Hurricane Helene. After the storm, I needed to pivot, so I started portfolio building in Charleston in October of 2024, built two new websites & opened Holy City Babies Portrait Studio here in Charleston in July 2025! I've been helping families to beautifully and artfully preserve their most joyful moments since 2009!
